"Rhythm Blues," by Robben Ford. Hal Leonard Publ., Book/CD 16 pages, US$18.95.

Though this book is very short, it does a nice job of showcasing blues rhythm guitar playing. At $18.95 (slightly over a buck per page and track), it may be best to think of it as a cheap lesson with an incredibly talented and amazing guitarist. The bottom line is good blues rhythm tracks with no filler.
